- The enterprise was established on 7 March 2003.
- On 22 September 2006 the status of a Social Enterprise was awarded.
- On 14 February 2007 the status of the Disabled Social Enterprise was awarded.

Aims of Activities:
- Integration of disabled people into society.
- Training of the unemployed, analysis of their demands and problems.
- Working out of project tasks.
- Production and adapting orthopedic technique devices.
