Since 4 December 2009 in Utena a 
subdivision of orthopedic technical devices production and their application has been opened in which a team of competent specialists render qualified services of person health care, produce orthopedic devices of high quality satisfying the customer demands and expectations. Good technical mechanisms, safe raw materials of high quality will ensure the quality of the produced products, short terms of order fulfillment and service rendering.

Quality System
PI “Vilties žiedas” aims at ensuring the quality of goods and services, so it invests into keeping the quality system. For the designing, production and application of orthopedic technical devices quality management system certified according to ISO 9001-2008 standard requirements is applied. These certificates confirm that all the institution system acts following the international management standards, that the management processes are introduced and properly regulated. The destination of the standard is to satisfy the customer as well as possible.
Criteria according to which the quality of orthopedic products is inspected and evaluated:
- The product must correspond to the specifications presented by the customer.
- The product must be produced according to the requirements indicated in the institution Technological Guide.
- The product must be prepared in time following the terms of duration of fulfillment of orders coordinated with the customer in advance.
- The number of unsuitable products cannot be bigger than the norms established in the institution quality management system.
