Public institution „Vilties ziedas“ is one of the members and originators of the Confederation of vocational rehabilitation and education of Lithuania.

Confederation of Vocational Rehabilitation and Education of Lithuania 27^th of April 2011 organized an international conference. The conference was focus on “Social Integration and Vocational Rehabilitation. Good practice, problems and challenges”.

The conference was attended by representatives from:

Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Belgium, Russian Federation

Conference goals:

• To present good practice of work with people with special needs in fields of social inclusion and vocational rehabilitation.
• To define problems and barriers for effective management of s  ocial disclosure and vocational rehabilitation in Lithuania
• To organize open discussion for government representatives, members of NGO, practical work experts and scientists to define ways of problem solving, future challenges and tasks.
• On behalf of the Conference the Resolution will be designed and distributed to all the stakeholders.
